Oil prices fell on Monday, and Brent crude futures fell by 0.7% to $ 65.75 a barrel as crude oil exploration activity in the United States increased, according to a report published by Mubasher.
Nymex crude futures fell to 61.96 dollars a barrel, dropped by 0.6 percent.
Baker Hughes data showed that crude drilling platforms in the United States rose by 4 platforms to 800 platforms in the week ending March 16.
US production rose to 10.369 million bpd in the week ending March 9, according to Mubasher.
