Oil prices fell on Thursday, with Brent crude futures down by 0.3% to $ 58.27 a barrel as US inventories rose, according to a report published by Mubasher.
The price of NYMEX crude futures fell by 0.3% to $ 52 a barrel.
US Energy Information Administration data showed yesterday that US oil inventories rose by 0.9 million barrels to 457.3 million barrels last week.
US crude oil output rose 1.1 million barrels per day to 9.5 million bpd.
