Oil inventories in the United States fell by 4.15 million barrels during the last week of April, compared with a rise of 897 thousand barrels in the previous week, according to a report by the American Petroleum Institute.
Oil prices fell, with US crude oil American crude Nymex prices dropping June delivery by 80 cents per barrel, or 1.64 percent below $ 48.04 a barrel.
