One person was killed and 10 others injured on Monday night as a van ploughed into worshippers leaving a London mosque.
British police said they had arrested the 48-year-old attacker and that the initial information indicated that he was “a racist right hostile to Muslims and immigrants.”
The car drowned a group of worshipers as they left mosque after finishing their prayers at the Finsbury Park mosque or the Great Mosque in north London.
The anti-terrorism police considered the incident an act of terrorism, stressing that “all the victims are Muslims.”
