Oil prices fell on Thursday, after a series of gains on the back of decline in US crude inventories, and the price of Brent crude oil futures fell by 0.5% to $ 50.69 a barrel.
Brent crude was $ 51 a barrel on Wednesday.
US Energy Information Administration data showed yesterday that US oil inventories fell 7.2 million barrels last week.
