Oil prices rose on Tuesday after OPEC announced a drop in its crude output, with Brent rose by 0.6%, climbing to $ 54.14 a barrel, according to a report published by Mubasher.
US crude for October delivery rose by 0.4% to $ 48.26 a barrel.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said in its monthly report that the supply of crude from member states fell for the first time since last March, affected by the reduction of Libya, the UAE, Venezuela, Iraq and Saudi Arabia for oil production by about 79.1 thousand barrels per day last August.
