Oil prices rose on Friday, and Brent crude futures rose by 0.2% to $ 56.56 a barrel, according to a report published by Mubasher.
US crude NYMEX rose by 0.3% to $ 50.71 a barrel.
OPEC and non OPEC producers are set to meet in Vienna later in the day, amid prospect of a possible extension of the crude cut agreement post March 2018.
