Gold prices fell on Monday, and gold futures fell by 0.3% to $ 1276.8 an ounce, as the dollar recovered, according a report published by Mubasher.
The spot delivery price of the yellow metal fell about 0.4% to $ 1275.4 an ounce.
The US dollar rose against the major currencies with political concerns in the euro area and waiting to pass the US budget by Congress, according to Mubasher.
