Oil prices rose on Friday, with Brent crude futures rose by 0.5% to $ 60.92 a barrel as demand for crude increase , according to a report published by Mubasher.
Nymex crude futures rose by 0.6% to $ 54.85 a barrel.
Data from the US Energy Information Administration showed this week that US inventories fell more than expected by 2.4 million barrels to 454.9 million barrels during the week ending in October 27.
Investors are expecting the announcement of data on oil drilling platforms in the United States later today, according to Mubasher.
