Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum sent a cable of condolences to the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on the terrorist attack on a mosque that left more than 230 dead and wounded tens of worshippers.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed emphasised that United Arab Emirates stands in solidarity with Egypt and supports the measures taken by the Egyptian government to protect its citizens. He also extended condolences to the families of the victims of this cowardly attack that targeted peaceful worshippers.
On his Twitter account, Sheikh Mohammed prayed to the Lord Almighty to safeguard Egypt and the people of Egypt.
