Gold Prices Rise As Dollar Decline

Gold prices rose on Thursday, and the metal futures rose by 0.3% to $ 1364.8 an ounce, as the dollar fell, according to a report published by Mubasher.

The spot price of precious metals rose to $ 1361.4 an ounce by 0.2%.

Investors expect the release of the US home sales data later today.

The dollar fell after economic data and statements by the US Treasury Secretary.

 US Treasury Secretary Stephen Menuchin said  on Wednesday that the weak dollar is supporting his country’s economy, referring that the US economic growth, seems to be fairly good and attractive for investment.
