PhD in Ain Shams praises the role of the UAE in establishing the culture of government services through smart applications

Mohamed Abdulzaher, Egyptian researcher and journalist, had PhD with excellent grade and first honors with a recommendation to exchange and publish with universities and research centers, from Department of Media and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University, about the subject of the use of the means of social media and modern communication and its relation to the intellectual image of that Institutions.
The study emphasizes the role of UAE government institutions’ in deepen the culture of smart applications as the best and fastest governmental services in various sectors.
Prof. Suzan Elkalliny, Professor of Media and dean of Faculty of Arts, supervisor of the PhD dissertation and member of the discussion committee, stressed the importance of this PhD in opening new horizons to study the mental image and the importance of smart mobile applications in this regard. Pointing out that UAE is a pioneer in the provision of such services, which was demonstrated by the researcher during his study, and presented several models worthy of study and research of those applications.
Prof. Suzan Elkalliny also stressed on the importance of the smart mobile applications in the formation of the mental image of the institutions, with recommendations to expand the study of such applications and their role in reaching the target audience significantly.
Dr. Abdulzaher is an academic and Media consultant, who is specialized in AI Journalism, Economics, Technology & Humanity and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Techniques.
He is the first journalist and academic expert who coined the concept of “Artificial Intelligence Journalism” globally, and how the Fourth Industrial Revolution can influence the media industry, and what forms of international media structure in so-called Artificial Intelligence Journalism.
