Omar Abdullah Developments (OAD) *has launched* NAMMA, one of the largest integrated service complexes, as the project is set to be carried out in partnership with Ministry of Youth and Sports for EGP250mln investments.
NAMMA is planned to be built in the 6th of October City over an area of 8000 sqm with a built-up area of 15,000 sqm.
A press statement qouted Chairman of OAD Mr. Omar Abdullah said that the project is one of several other enterprises that the company is set to carry out in partnership with governmental ministries and institutions.
“The company seeks to take part in implementing the plan set by the governmental institutions for developing state-owned assets and lands with the aim of scoring the highest returns and bringing forth an added value to the Egyptian economy and quality services to citizens,” he added.
NAMMA is a medical, commercial and administrative complex consisting of 3 floors with multi-purpose shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, outpatient clinics, three celebration halls and a motel.
NAMMA is situated inside 6th of October City’s The Club, which was *launched* back in March and is in close proximity to Juhayna Square on Dahshour Crossroad linking Juhayna Saquare with Wahat Road.
According to Mr. Omar Abdullah, OAD executed several landmark projects in areas as diverse as housing, education, healthcare, commerce and administration sectors. Additionally, OAD accomplished eight projects in Sadat City, of which 4 mega projects were delivered in 2020.
To date, the company has developed nearly 100,000 sqm built-up areas, while the development of another 100,000 sqm is in the pipeline, he *stated*.
OAD owns CENTRADA PLAZA, which is an integrated mixed-use service edifice constructed in the 6th of October City with investments worth EGP1.5bn, he explained.
CENTRADA PLAZA spreads over 40,000 sqm at the heart of Juhayna Square in front of Nile University and comprises commercial, administrative and medical services.
OAD has created a brand-new mechanism for executing and marketing service units of its projects: selling on usufruct basis over 10 years, as this scheme allows customers to make use of fully-finished, air-conditioned units.
OAD accomplished a series of quality projects in Egypt, Arab and African countries such as Libya, Mali and Senegal.
