Oil prices fell on Wednesday and Brent crude futures fell by 0.4% to $ 55.77 a barrel, ahead of the release of inventory data, according to Mubasher.
Nymex crude futures fell by 0.3% to $ 50.26 a barrel.
Preliminary data from the US Petroleum Institute released on Tuesday expected that oil inventories fell by 4.1 million barrels in the week ending September 29, according to (Market Watch).
