Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Organizes First Edition Of Decobuild In Dubai

For the first time in Dubai, Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) is organizing the Housing, Building Materials, Decoration and Engineering Consultancy Exhibition Decobuild 2017.

The event comes within the framework of the initiatives to achieve residential stability and is striving to foster happiness for citizens and improve their quality of life.

MRHE stressed on the importance of Decobuild, which will be held for the first time in October (18-21st), as a leading event that will provide individuals intending to build their own housing or commercial projects with an interactive platform that brings together a wide range of solutions to meet the challenges of building and construction.

MRHE said that the all new Decobuild will be held at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hall in Dubai. It will become the ideal choice for UAE citizens and visitors who wish to see the latest innovations in the fields of building materials, decorations, interior finishes, furniture, and all requirements of the modern home.

Commenting on the wide government participation in the event, MRHE asserted that the event will gather under its umbrella several federal and local government agencies related to the field of housing, as well as leading private sector establishments and companies in the fields of building materials, decoration, architectural consultancy, finance, and others.

His Excellency Sami Abdulla Gargash, CEO of MRHE, said that the Establishment’s initiative to organize Decobuild for the first time in Dubai is part of its efforts to achieve its strategic plan for 2015-2020. This comes in line with Dubai Government 2021 goals to make the Emirate the preferred destination for living. This also comes in line with the “Best Government” theme of the “UAE Centennial 2071,” which was recently approved by the federal government.

This emphasizes the essence of the UAE government’s goals is to achieve happiness for society through human empowerment and providing the best services.

Gargash also explained that the Establishment will seek to make the best use of Decobuild in order to enhance residential stability in the Emirate and the UAE, and to contribute to the happiness of citizens and improve their quality of life.

This is realized at the event by providing opportunities for individuals planning to build their own housing or commercial projects.

The event will represent the ideal meeting point for government institutions and private sector companies to learn about the best programs, solutions, and the latest products in the fields of building and finishing materials.

For his part, Haitham Al Khaja, Director of the Corporate Communications and Marketing Office at MRHE, said that Decobuild is one of the Establishment’s initiatives that seek to keep up with developments in the UAE’s housing system, respond to the requirements of modern life, and provide luxury and good living standards for UAE citizens.
