Oil prices fell at Friday’s tradings. Brent crude fell by 1.5% to $ 68.60 a barrel, with increased US production worries, and the recovery dollar, according to a report published by Mubasher.
US crude futures for the month of March fell by 0.5% to $ 65.45 a barrel, recording a weekly loss of almost 1.2%.
Oil was affected by the rise in the dollar and fears of increased supply from the United States despite OPEC efforts to reduce supply and support prices.
Baker Hughes announced an increase in the number of oil drilling platforms in the United States by 5 platforms this week.
