Misr Italia To Build A Residential Complex In The Administrative Capital

Egyptian property Misr Italia to build a luxury residential complex in the administrative capital on 110 acres and at an estimated investment cost of 10 billion pounds, an official source told Masaader News.
Hani Al-Assal, Chairman of Misr Italia, said that the project includes a residential sector that includes apartments, Twin House villas, abd Alon and 10 environmentally friendly buildings. It also includes a commercial mall, a school and various services.
Project drawings were implemented in America and Italy.
Al-Assal pointed out that five major construction companies operating in the Egyptian market had been agreed upon (without mentioning their names), adding that construction permits were being completed and the company will start construction.
