Egypt received on Friday a German submarine “S43”. That submaine is a message of deterrence to anyone who wishes to attack the security of Egypt, the Egyptian Army spokesman confirmed on the Facebook Army official page.
The submarine is the third German submarine of the “S43”, out of 4 submarines agreed on, which will contribute to raise the combat capabilities of Egyptian naval units.
The submarine is classified as offensive, incorporating advanced torpedo launch control systems, as well as other electronic weapons control during launches.
