Louis was so excited at spotting his idol he ran into a lamp-post – and Mo Salah came back to make sure he was OK, according to Liverpool Echo.
When Salah’s Bentley pulled out, Louis ran after the car in the hope of getting a wave. But in his excitement, he ran straight into a lamp-post and ended up unconscious on the ground.
Mo turned his car around and drove back to the close where the boy’s parents live to check the youngster was OK and to pose for pictures with the starstruck brothers.
After their stepdad Joe Cooper posted the pictures on social media, there was an avalanche of reaction from people praising the actions of Mo, who was one of the goal-scorers in Liverpool’s 4-1 thrashing of Norwich City in the first game of the new Premiership season on Friday night.
