El-Manara Development is poised to launch its first integrated residential and tourist resort in Ain Sokhna’s El-Galala City.
El-Manara Development chairperson Mahmoud Omar said that the company seeks to introduce a distinguished product with integrated services, in line with the state’s plan to turn El-Galala City into an urban community throbbing with life all year long, as the company has supplied all services catering to the clients’ needs so as to make its units suitable for permanent, not occasional, living.
“ Picking El-Galala City stems from El-Manara Development’s firm belief in its excellence, availability of opportunities supportive of investments, strenuous efforts exerted by the state in building up robust infrastructure including roads, desalination plants, developmental projects, all of which lift up the added value of any investment, with the presence of universities, schools, administrative institutions, hotels, varied entertainment and industrial projects.
Additionally, the city comprises Tiba District, the first Olympic City designed to host national sporting events, a brilliant aquapark and yacht marina.
With various massive projects becoming operational, the number of clients and investors is expected to grow in the upcoming period, he elaborated.
Close proximity to the New Administrative Capital and East Cairo qualifies El-Galala City to become the prime choice of a broad swath of customers.
“ Before kick-starting projects, the company conducts marketing studies by leading consultants to ensure they are catering to needs of clients and add value to the Egyptian market, as feasibility studies conducted by the company testified to the city’s strong attractiveness, promising investment potentials.”
The company has an expansion plan to execute other projects in New Al-mein and mulls some investment opportunities, he explained.
