Lasirena Group said that it is poised to deliver 250 residential units at Lasirena North Coast.
Chairperson of Lasirena Group Ahmed Omar said that the group is keen to adhere to schedule and high-standard specifications and to live up to handing over the residential units on time.
“The company managed to overcome Coronavirus-induced headwinds throughout 2020, and stuck to the goal of delivering quality products,” said he.
The third phase of Lasirena North Coast, consisting of 250 fully-finished units, is set to be delivered, together with main amenities most needed by customers, be they swimming pools, beaches, one mosque and aqua park, as a commercial mall is scheduled to be delivered late this year.
The 5-phase Lasirena North Coast spans an area of 55 acres, directly overlooking Fouka Bay at 165 kilo on Alexandria – Marsa Matrough, and consists of 1100 units with spaces ranging from 65 to 300 m.
Two phases have been handed over during the past two years, as the delivery of the third one is in the pipeline. Constructions at the entire compound are set to come to a close in 2023.
Lasirena North Coast, with a 450m beachfront, is designed to allow all units see the sea.
Units at Lasirena North Coast is fully-finished, as the compound has fascinating amenities, ranging from swimming pools, aqua parks, pitches, restaurants, cafes, game zone for kids, concealed swimming pool for women and a spa.
Lasirena Group is mulling several investment opportunities and expansions, as details of new projects will be disclosed soon.
Lasirena Group was founded back in 2006 and executed groundbreaking projects in Cairo, Ein-Sokhna, North Coast, Ras Sidr and Sharm El-Sheikh.
