TBK Developments, the latest real estate development arm of Tabarak Holding Group, has unveiled the launch of its latest three landmark projects in strategic locations across New Cairo, Heliopolis, and Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, in a strategic move that reflects its ambitious vision to redefine Egypt’s real estate development landscape. Additionally, the company has completed a major strategic land acquisition, bringing its total investment portfolio to EGP 180 billion. The first project, Keystone, is strategically located in the heart of New Cairo, adjacent to the American University and directly on South 90th Street. It offers a diverse mix of commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality spaces, creating an integrated hub of modern amenities. Spanning a land area of 37,000 square meters, the project presents a comprehensive model that blends modernity with versatility, situated in one of Greater Cairo’s most dynamic and rapidly growing districts. Keystone is being developed in collaboration with global design and engineering leaders Benoy and EHAF, ensuring an advanced and balanced architectural vision, with a total investment of EGP 20 billion.
The second project, Key of Greens, is located at kilometer 47 on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, directly opposite the new Sphinx International Airport. The development spans a total area of 212,000 square meters, with 104,000 square meters of built-up space, comprising 192 villas and 300 residential units in a variety of formats. It also includes commercial and hospitality components, each covering 10,250 square meters. Notably, TBK Developments has allocated 85% of the total area to green spaces and landscaping, giving the project a distinctively eco-friendly and health-oriented character. This approach reflects the company’s strong commitment to delivering a sustainable, environmentally conscious living experience in a strategically promising location. The project’s total investment amounts to EGP 20 billion.
With an investment of EGP 12 billion in the heart of Heliopolis, TBK Developments is launching its third project, “Heliopolis,” on a strategically located 9-acre plot near the Military Academy. The development will include approximately 1,200 luxury residential and serviced apartments, with a total built-up area of 178,500 square meters, designed to offer the highest standards of comfort and privacy. In addition, the project features 560 administrative units spanning 44,600 square meters, and 90 commercial units of various layouts covering 20,300 square meters.
This landmark development represents a fully integrated urban destination and aligns with the state’s vision to revitalize key areas, enhance their modern urban appeal, and fulfill the comprehensive service needs of residents—ultimately boosting the region’s tourism and investment potential.
In addition to these major projects, TBK Developments has acquired an 800-acre land plot adjacent to Sphinx International Airport, located in a strategically vital area currently undergoing urban planning and development. With a total investment of EGP 136 billion, the land will be developed in collaboration with HHCP, one of the world’s leading urban development consultancies.
This move is a key aspect of TBK Developments’ ambitious expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in high-potential strategic locations.
