Oil prices fell on Monday, and Brent crude for December delivery fell by 1.8% to $ 55.78 a barrel, according to a report published by Mubasher.
New York crude futures for November delivery fell by 2% to $ 50.63 a barrel.
Oil prices have fallen backed by the rising of crude exploration platforms and expectations of a rise in OPEC crude supply, despite oil gains of more than 12 percent in the third quarter of this year said, Mubasher.
